Excellent customer service. Joseph and Teresa were a pleasure to work with. I wish some triage could have been performed on my vehicle since my problem was only a flat tire; a repair that could be performed in a half hour. Yes, it was a Saturday when my car was towed in, but I am not local and it would have fantastic if ya'll could have done this simple repair on Saturday and I would not have been without a car for 3 days. Plus, no one would answer the phone on Saturday after repeated calls. I get it that you have other customers to service, but I never had the opportunity to convey to anyone there my situation. I can promise you that this is never going to happen to me again -- driving a spare lesson car -- because I have ordered a spare from modernspare.com.
